Chapmans Ltd, the manufacturer of the Parmiter range of flexible harrows, was one of the first companies in the industry to take up the challenge of accreditation to British Standards \ ISO as it was recognised that our reputation was built on quality.

Since that time we have gone through the various stages of accreditation to reach the highest standing and we are now approved to ISO 9001 2005.   As well as incorporating manufacturing and steel quality, this standard now includes customer satisfaction.  You can be assured that every Parmiter harrow is made to the highest standards and with the same care and attention every time and your feedback will support our continued accreditation.
